5 LAYER & 8 LAYER TENNIS COURT CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM

  • Standard 5 or 8-Layer System

    • Base coat for levelling.

    • 2 coats of resurface / strengthening layer + 3 to 5 layers of cushion coats for knee suspension + anti-skid finish + 2 layers of color of your choice with line markings

  • Colors: Common choices include Blue-Green, Red-Green, or custom dual tones.

  • Surface Life: 5–7 years with good maintenance.

Note: Surface undulations or poor base slope can cause water clogging, which damages the acrylic layer and may not be covered under warranty.

    🎾 Acrylic Court Maintenance

    Weekly / Monthly Care:

    • Use a soft-bristle broom or blower to remove leaves, dust, and debris.

    • Rinse the surface gently with water to remove stains or bird droppings.

    • Inspect for cracks, surface fading, or ponding water after rains.

    Annual / Periodic Tasks:

    • Apply anti-fungal wash in monsoon-prone areas.

    • Recoat the surface every 4–5 years (based on usage).

    • Line repainting may be needed after 3–4 seasons.

    Avoid:

    • Using high-pressure water jets.

    • Allowing motorized vehicles or sharp-edged objects on the surface.
