Application Guidelines

1. Surface Preparation:

   • Remove oil, dirt, dust, bond inhibitors, and laitance via wire brushing, water-jetting, or mopping

2. Mixing:

   • Add Aquamarine VT to measured water.

   • Stir with a mechanical mixer for 2–3 minutes until lump-free.

   • Let stand for 2 minutes (“mature”), then remix before use.

   • Do not add extra water—it undermines adhesion strength

3. Application:

   • Use suitable notched trowel based on tile size.

   • Minimum bed thickness of 3 mm; 3–12 mm is acceptable.

   • Press tiles gently and move perpendicular to notches to ensure bonding.

   • Fix tiles within 30 minutes of spreading adhesive to ensure proper bonding

   • For vertical surfaces, start tiling from bottom to top.

   • Use spacers for consistent joints—later grouted with TileFixo Style Epoxy or CG Grout

4. Temperature Conditions:

   • Do not apply below 5 °C or above 50 °C.

   • For temperatures < 20 °C, allow extra curing time

Shelf Life & Safety

• Shelf Life: Up to 12 months if stored in a cool, dry place Safety:

  • Non-toxic and non-flammable.

  • Use gloves and goggles during handling.

  • In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with clean water.

  • Seek medical advice if irritation persists
