Performance (Adhesion Strength)
Measured against the standards (EN/ISO):
Initial tensile adhesion: 0.75–0.85 N/mm²
After water immersion: 0.55–0.65 N/mm²
After heat ageing: 0.75–0.85 N/mm²
After freeze–thaw cycles: 0.60–0.65 N/mm²
Slip: 0.35–0.45 mm
All values exceed the minimum requirements for C1T classification (≥ 0.5 N/mm² initial tensile, slip < 0.5 mm)
Also meets IS 15477:2019 Type 1T standards:
28-day dry tensile adhesion: Typically 0.8–0.9 N/mm²
Slip: 0.3–0.4 mm (less than 0.5 mm limit)
Application Guidelines
Surface prep: Ensure surfaces are clean—free from oil, dust, laitance. Pre-level if needed with UltraTech Readiplast RP (vertical) or Floorkrete (horizontal)
Mixing: Use a mechanical stirrer; mix for 2–3 minutes, let settle 2 min, then remix before use. Do not add extra water
Tile fixing: Use a notched trowel appropriate to tile size. Min bed thickness of 3 mm. For wall applications, start tiling from the bottom upward. Use spacers for uniform joints
Environmental conditions: Do not apply if temperatures are below 5 °C or above 50 °C. At < 20 °C, allow extended curing time
Safety & Storage
Shelf life: Up to 12 months from manufacturing, if stored in cool, dry conditions .
Safety: Non-toxic and non-flammable. Wear gloves and goggles during application; rinse immediately if contact with skin or eyes occurs.
Not suitable for: Flexible substrates (e.g. fiber cement, plasterboard, timber), metals, glass, plastic, polyurethane membranes, or moisture-sensitive stones or tiles
